As Chief Financial Officer of Euro RSCG 4D Impact, Eileen Usher is a solutions-oriented fiscal executive with 15 years of financial operations experience. She helped design a detailed restructuring plan for Impact that transformed this division of Havas Advertising into a highly profitable venture by 2002. She was also instrumental in implementing profit and loss analysis for the company's 150 individual marketing programs, which has resulted in continued profitability for the company. Eileen oversees all aspect of financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting, financial analysis and development and oversight of internal controls and operational efficiencies.

Before joining Impact, Eileen was Vice President of Finance for Fitigues, Inc., a privately held multi-distribution apparel company that included 30 retail stores. At Fitigues, she played a number of leadership roles, including strategic planner and manager of core aspects of accounting and finance. Eileen also served as Chief Financial Officer for Bigsby & Kruthers Companies, a privately held group of corporations and partnerships, after holding positions as company Vice President and Controller.
